T.O.S.

Terms of service (also known as terms of use and terms and conditions, commonly abbreviated as TOS or ToS, ToU or T&C) are the legal agreements between a service provider and a person who wants to use that service. The person must agree to abide by the terms of service in order to use the offered service.

1. Payment is through PayPal. I’ll send an invoice. You have to pay upfront. (You can also pay through ko-fi but the final price will increase by 8%)2. No refunds when the first sketch sneak peek is sent.3. Communication is key. I’ll send sneak peeks, please reply asap as I will do the same.4. Only for personal use (if you want commercial use you must specify it).5. You must always credit me. My username is the same in every social media. Tag me if you post the commission! @kodailust6. No rushing! Let me work. My TAT is 30 minutes to 2 weeks depending on the commission.7. Changes will add up to 3€ each. The first one in each stage (sketch, lineart, color, shading...) is free.8. Don’t start the conversation with a “hello” or short messages. Go straight to the point if you want a commission.9. NO AI TRAINING MY ART.10. Tips and follows are appreciated if you like the final result!11. If you need the commission for a specific deadline, there will be a price increase:
- done the same day: +50%
- done between 1-2 days: +30%
- done between 3-4 days: +25%12. I am allowed to post the commissioned art (and speedpaint) on my social media and portfolio unless requested otherwise.13. For Fanart commissions: I am allowed to sell merchandise of it.14. You must provide as many references as you can (reference sheets, or if you want a specific pose, clothes...), not having ANY references for your oc (this means i'd have to go blind with the commission) may result in additional fees.15. If you have read the TOS and want to commission me, send me a message including these emojis💥💫, if you don’t, i’ll assume you haven’t read my TOS.By commissioning me, this means you have properly read, understood, and AGREE to the terms listed above.
